Registration

All attendees must register for the conference. Registration (student and non-student) includes admission to all conference sessions, a copy of the conference program/book of abstracts, conference proceedings (CD-ROM), admission to the Sunday welcome reception, and all coffee breaks. Full (non-student) registration, in addition to the above, includes one ticket for the Tuesday night Gala Banquet Dinner.

All registrations will be handled for SMC2005 by the Conference Organizers in Albuquerque NM USA .

If you are presenting one or more papers, do not forget to fill in the Tracking Number(s) of the manuscripts at the appropriate field in the registration form

Paper publication and scheduling

For a paper to be published in the conference proceedings and be scheduled for presentation at the conference, at least one author must register and pay the appropriate fees by August 1, 2005 (registrations after this date will be considered as Late registrations). Papers will only be accepted if formatted according to IEEE SMC 2005 specifications.

Each full or student registration includes publication of one paper (up to 6 pages in length) in the conference proceedings. A maximum of 2 additional pages are allowed. An additional page fee of US $125 per page applies for over-length papers (of 7 or 8 pages); papers exceeding 8 pages will be refused. Additional paper publication fees should be paid together with the registration.

Each full or student registration fee entitles publication and presentation of only one paper for which the registrant is lead author. A second paper of 6 pages or less with the same lead author incurs an additional fee of US $250. Third or more papers for the same lead author will be refused. Please indicate clearly with your registration the paper tracking number(s) that you wish to connect to your registration!

Cancellation policy

There will be no refunds after papers have been accepted for publication in the conference proceedings.

Fees

All fees quoted are in US Dollars and all payments should be made in US dollars.

Payment

We prefer on-line payment with a credit card using our e-banking process.

In the event that this option is not possible for you, you need to register at the site via e-banking at the rates then.

Attendees who must register via bank transfer to our account in the US, need to email us (moj@wacong.org) to get the 2005 SMC Bank wire transfer details.
