Electronic Paper Submission
Camera-ready papers must be submitted as PDF files at this web site by following the steps below. PAPERS SUBMITTED IN FORMATS OTHER THAN PDF WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

  1. You must check your camera-ready PDF file for IEEE publication compatibility (embedded fonts, etc) prior to attempting to upload it at this web site. You must use IEEE PDF eXpress (a free service) to complete this important step. (Detailed instructions are provided in the MS Word paper template.)
After your PDF file passes the IEEE PDF eXpress compatibility check, proceed to Step 2.
  2. Go to the Login screen by clicking the "Login" menu button in the left margin.
  3. Login to the web site using your registered username and password. (You must use the same username and password you used to upload the initial version of your paper months ago.)
  4. When you have successfully logged into the web site, click on the appropriate option to upload your paper.
  5. Complete the Upload Paper form and click on the Upload Paper button.
  6. When the paper upload is completed the tracking number for the uploaded paper appears on-screen. You should also receive an e-mail confirming successful upload of your paper and including its assigned Manuscript Tracking Number.
  7. Next, follow the instructions on-screen to upload the completed Copyright and A/V forms required for your paper (see Author's Kit Materials above) .
  8. Logout by clicking the "Logout" menu button in the left margin.
